Our Creative Director

Sherlon McKenzie, the founder of Xquisite D’Lites, has nurtured a love for baking since childhood. Her Jamaican heritage, touched with Cuban influence, shapes her instinct for bold, vibrant flavor and her reverence for ingredients that feel alive, honest, and naturally expressive.

Guided by a commitment to organic, small-batch creation, Sherlon approaches each dessert as both a culinary composition and a personal offering.
